Executive Summary
Alyssa maintains a broad practice and has a strong passion for advocacy and workplace law. She provides strategic, solutions-oriented advice and representation to employers of all sizes and industries, with experience in labour disputes, human rights, employment standards, wrongful dismissal litigation, and workplace investigations. Alyssa also has an interest in education law, pay equity compliance, and immigration law.
During her time at Queen's Faculty of Law, Alyssa was an editor for the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal, a teaching assistant for courses in workplace law and public international law, Co-President of the Queen’s Law Cancer Society, and completed an internship with the United Nations.
