Retention

Our Firm is committed to growing from within. We look to recruit and train students who will be contributing members of the Firm’s legal team in the long-term.  In the last decade, without exception, we have hired one or more of our articling students as associate lawyers. We are also proud of the fact that most of the students who have not joined our Firm have successfully pursued a career elsewhere in the field of labour and employment law.
