Filion is pleased to announce that Brian Mulroney has joined the firm as a partner. Brian has practiced management-side labour and employment law since 1981. In addition to his client practice, he also served for 10 years as the in-house employment lawyer for the Toronto office of one of Canada’s largest full-service law firms. Brian has extensive experience in collective bargaining and labour arbitrations as well experience as counsel in civil trial, injunction, appellate and tribunal proceedings. Brian will continue to serve his existing clients, working out of both the Toronto and Hamilton offices. Welcome Brian!
