Diane Laranja

Diane is a Partner of the Firm and acts for employers in all areas of employment and labour law.  She has been recognized by her peers as a leading lawyer in labour, workplace human rights, and repeatedly in construction labour.  Diane has also been appointed to and served on interest arbitration panels as an employer nominee.

Diane advocates for her clients in employment or labour-related proceedings, including before arbitrators and courts, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.

Diane is a former Vice President and Board Member of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction and a past Board Member of the Ontario Electrical League. She is regularly invited to speak at conferences or on panels as a leading labour and employment lawyer.  Diane is also an active and proud member of the Portuguese community in Toronto.
