Executive Summary
Gagan Kisana is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Gagan completed his Master of Industrial Relations (MIR), and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts with a double major in Law & Society, and Philosophy. While completing his MIR, Gagan successfully advocated and won the Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP arbitration moot.
Before beginning his legal studies, Gagan served in the Canadian Armed Forces and went on to work in the public sector as a Workplace Investigator, and Employee/Labour Relations Officer. In these roles, he gained valuable experience on both union and non-union disputes by managing grievances/complaints, conducting investigations, and navigating complex labour relations issues.
At Osgoode, Gagan serves as the External Vice-President of the Osgoode Sikh Students Association. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his Yamaha MT-07 motorcycle and staying active by playing basketball, volleyball, and football.
