Executive Summary
Petar earned his Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law. He previously completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources, at the University of Windsor’s Odette School of Business.
Petar’s interest in management-side labour and employment law began well before law school. As an undergraduate, he wrote a thesis examining the exclusive jurisdiction of labour arbitrators. He continued to pursue this interest in law school, competing in two internal labour moots and winning one while reaching the finals in the other.
Petar also represented Western Law as a French-speaking oralist at the national Laskin Moot. He developed his legal research and writing skills as a Managing Editor of the Western Journal of Legal Studies.
Outside of work, Petar enjoys refereeing soccer, running and discovering new gluten-free foods. He and his wife, Maja, are active in their local community, and Petar currently serves on the Board of Directors of his incorporated parish church.
