Executive Summary
Petar is completing his Juris Doctor at Western University’s Faculty of Law. He previously completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration (with Specialization in Human Resources) at the University of Windsor’s Odette School of Business.
Petar has been passionate about working in management-side labour and employment law since before he applied to law school. In business school, he wrote an undergraduate thesis on the exclusive jurisdiction of labour arbitrators. In law school, he competed in two internal labour moots, winning one and being a finalist in the other.
Petar represented Western Law as a French-speaking oralist in the national Laskin Moot. He also furthered his interest in legal research and academic writing by serving as a Managing Editor of the Western Journal of Legal Studies.
In his free time, Petar enjoys refereeing soccer, running, and trying out new gluten-free foods. He and his wife, Maja, enjoy giving back to their local community. Petar currently serves on the Board of Directors of his incorporated parish church.
