Rusty McLay

Rusty is a partner practising in all areas of labour and employment law. He represents clients in all labour and employment matters, including labour arbitrations, human rights, wrongful dismissal claims, and Ontario Labour Relations Board proceedings—appearing before tribunals and at all levels of court.

Before joining the firm, Rusty was the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. He also spent a number of years at Blackberry as Vice-President, Legal, a role in which he oversaw all global employment law issues.
