Travis Carpenter

Travis is an associate who provides proactive advice and effective representation for employers on a broad range of labour, employment, and human rights matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Travis articled and practiced at a well-regarded boutique plaintiff-side employment law Firm in Toronto. This experience gives him a unique perspective and valuable insight into the strategies and expectations on both sides of the table. He draws on this knowledge to advise employers on various workplace issues.
