Unsafe workplaces can have devastating consequences for employees and can also result in significant legal consequences for employers and supervisors, including large fines and, in extreme cases, imprisonment. Therefore, implementing procedures and protocols to maintain health and safety in the workplace is critical for employers.
This interactive seminar will provide important information to assist organizations in satisfying their substantive and procedural obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). In particular, we will discuss:
