Executive Summary
As a member of the firm since 1992 and as a partner since 2002, Chris practices in all areas of labour relations and employment law, including arbitrations, Ontario Labour Relations Board proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations and civil actions for wrongful dismissal.
In addition, he represents clients in workplace safety and insurance matters, human rights litigation, employment standards claims, and occupational health and safety matters, including defending employers in Occupational Health and Safety Act prosecutions and at trial.
In his practice, Chris advises a broad range of unionized and non-unionized clients, from small businesses to large private and public sector organizations.
