Brendan Egan

Brendan is experienced in all aspects of labour and employment law, including labour arbitrations, collective agreement negotiations, wrongful dismissal actions, and a variety of tribunal proceedings. Brendan also provides advice with respect to privacy law, workplace investigations, and construction labour law.

Brendan consistently draws on his strong research and advocacy skills to deliver results-driven solutions to employers of all sizes and in a variety of sectors.

Before joining the Firm as an articling student and then an associate lawyer, Brendan had the privilege of serving on the University of Ottawa's law review and interned at two law-adjacent organizations.
