Ryan Parry

Ryan maintains a broad practice, advising employers on a wide range of labour and employment matters. Prior to joining Filion, Ryan articled with the Labour Practice Group at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat, where he conducted legal research and offered opinions on complex labour litigation issues, including employment accommodations and pension and benefits.

While at Queen’s University, Ryan worked with legal clinics such as Queen’s Legal Aid, the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic. He also tutored upper-year law students and served as an editor for the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal.
