Danny G. Parker

A partner at the Firm, Danny represents employers in all areas of labour and employment law, with a particular emphasis on labour relations, construction labour relations, and employment litigation. With his breadth of expertise and practical results-driven approach, Danny has acted as counsel in numerous labour arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, wrongful dismissal cases, and tribunal proceedings. He regularly appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, where he skillfully advocates on behalf of his clients in matters such as applications for certification, unfair labour practice complaints, and related employer/sale of business disputes.

He has worked with employers of all types and sizes, whether they are unionized or non-unionized, public or private sector, or provincially or federally regulated. His clients span various sectors of the economy, including construction, energy, education, technology, and healthcare.

He also previously worked for one of the leading Canadian banks in a variety of capacities, including positions in retail banking and sponsorship marketing. He now leverages these experiences to deliver practical and business-minded legal solutions, aimed at both efficiency and excellence.
