Lucas Mapplebeck

Lucas is a partner at the Firm who represents employers in all areas of labour and employment law, with a particular focus on labour relations, privacy law compliance, and employment litigation.

He regularly appears before courts, arbitration boards, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and other administrative tribunals, frequently representing clients in collective bargaining negotiations and interest arbitrations.

Lucas has experience providing expert strategic advice for public and private sector employers, both unionized and non-unionized. His clients operate in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, education, technology, and healthcare. He also has an interest in education law, having previously worked as a middle school teacher and college instructor.
