Executive Summary
Naomi maintains a broad practice, providing advice to employers on a wide range of labour and employment matters. She has experience assisting clients with grievance arbitrations, employment disputes, workplace investigations, human rights, workers' compensation, and other related issues.
Naomi is also passionate about exploring her interests in specific sectors, including construction, education, and non-profit organizations.
As part of her articles, she participated in a seven-week secondment at the Ontario Labour Relations Board where she performed legal research and shadowed mediators, Vice-Chairs and Board members.
While in law school, she completed a clinical placement at Parkdale Community Legal Services, serving as a Dean's Fellow in Public and Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure. In her final year, Naomi graduated from her exchange program with the third-highest standing.
When she’s not pursuing her interest in law, you can find Naomi trying out new coffee shops and exploring the city of Toronto. She also enjoys staying active by running, cycling, strength training, and Yoga.
