Executive Summary

A senior associate at the firm, Catherine advises and represents employers across Ontario on all aspects of workplace law. Her practice encompasses a broad range of labour and employment matters, including terminations, grievances, human rights issues, workplace investigations, employment agreements, and workplace policies. Catherine is also regularly retained by employers to act as an independent third‑party investigator in matters involving allegations of workplace harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.

In addition to her advisory and advocacy work, Catherine is actively engaged in the labour and employment bar and her local professional community. She regularly writes and speaks on emerging workplace issues and currently serves on the HRPA’s Western Chapter Council.

Catherine earned her law degree with distinction and was awarded the Law Society of Upper Canada Prize for academic achievement upon graduation. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, she articled and practiced at a national full‑service law firm.
