Clifton Yiu

Clifton’s education and work background shape his practical, well-rounded approach to law. His insight into the intersection of human rights and employment law helps him guide employers through even the toughest workplace challenges. He is also a staunch litigator, having represented employers at various levels of court, including before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and at various tribunals.

Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Clifton provides advice and representation to employers – of all sizes and across all sectors – on a full range of labour, employment, and human rights law matters.

In his down time, Clifton enjoys going to the gym, playing squash, and trying all the new food Toronto has to offer.
